1. Basic Requirement
You must have a job offer from a Fijian employer.
The job must be advertised locally in Fiji to confirm that no local (Fijian) citizen is available to take the role.
You must apply from outside Fiji; you cannot apply from within Fiji on a visitor visa.
2. Types of Work Permits
Short-Term Work Permit - Valid for up to 1 year
Long-Term Work Permit - Valid for up to 3 years
Secondment Work Permit - For employees seconded from a foreign company to Fiji

Valid passport (valid for the entire permit period)
Signed job contract
Job advertisement proof
Medical report
Police clearance certificate (from India)
Academic and professional certificates (certified copies)
Recent passport-size photos
Justification letter from the employer

4. Application Process
