Chennai: Free coaching classes for various competitive examinations for Central and State government jobs will be conducted at the Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Guindy, from January, according to an official release.

The training programme will cover major recruitment examinations including those conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) and the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). The initiative aims to support job aspirants by providing structured preparation without any coaching fee.

Interested candidates have been asked to register online through the application form available at the designated web link. Officials said there will be no charges for the training, making it accessible to a wider section of candidates preparing for government examinations.

For additional information and clarifications, aspirants may contact the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre, Guindy, either by visiting the office in person or by sending an email to the official address provided.

The initiative is part of ongoing efforts by the district administration to enhance employment opportunities and support youth preparing for competitive examinations, the release said.

The announcement was made in a press release issued by Chennai District Collector Rashmi Siddharth Jagade.
